Effective September 11, 2026.

We operate GRCE.com to present a domain acquisition opportunity and receive related inquiries. This notice describes the information we handle through this website and the choices available to visitors.

Information provided through an inquiry

We receive the name and email address entered in the inquiry form, any optional company name, the selected interest and purchase platform, and any message or proposed use provided. We use these details to assess and respond to the inquiry, discuss a possible transaction and maintain relevant correspondence. Please avoid submitting payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive material through the initial form.

Our hosting and inquiry providers may process technical information such as request time, network address and security-related request data to operate the website and prevent abuse. We use Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and inquiry handling. Access to inquiry information is limited to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose.

Cookies and browser storage

The cookie preference bar records an accepted or declined choice in local storage on the browser under the key grce-consent. This record prevents the same choice from being requested on every page. We do not load optional analytics, advertising pixels or other optional tracking on this website, including after Accept is selected.

Both buttons dismiss the bar and store the selected choice. Cookie choices in the footer allows that choice to be changed. Clearing browser storage removes the record and causes the bar to appear again. If the browser prevents storage, the choice may not persist between visits. Necessary hosting or security functions may process technical data independently of optional tracking preferences.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. We may share relevant information with service providers supporting the website, professional advisers assisting with a transaction, or authorities when disclosure is legally required. Third-party transaction platforms apply their own privacy terms when a visitor chooses to use their services.

We retain inquiry records while they are relevant to correspondence, a possible transaction, dispute resolution or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can vary with the circumstances of the inquiry. We review records for ongoing need rather than treating every inquiry as a permanent marketing subscription.

Requests and updates

Visitors may use the inquiry form to request access, correction or deletion of their information, or to raise a privacy question. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. We may revise this notice when our handling changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We do not use the inquiry form to enroll visitors automatically in a newsletter.
